This is the Washington State Library (WSL) collection of sound cassettes of the History of Southeast Washington. It is excerpts from oral history tapes of people from Benton and Franklin counties mady by Neva Bequette for Columbia Basin College in Pasco, WA. These excerpts were synthesized into 20 subject units which comprise 40 C-60 tapes.

Maud P. Mitchell was born about 1883 in Oregon. She married Chas. R. Mitchell and by 1920 they were living in Chehalis, WA. Charles was an assistant cashier at the bank. Charles had become a banker by 1930. Between 1957 & 1958 Charles passed away. And Maud passed away on 29 May 1960 in Chehalis, WA.
